Match the error to the item
A successful bulk-upload message does not mean every listing is live. Record the SKU, category and rejection reason from the channel error report. Re-uploading the same file without isolating the problem wastes time.
Common data problems
Missing required attributes, wrong categories, broken variant relations, unsuitable images and duplicate barcodes can prevent publication. Follow the marketplace’s current error message because rules change.

Verify the correction
Open the listing as a customer. Check price, stock, variants and add-to-cart behavior. If the error returns, correct the source catalog instead of making a temporary channel-only edit.
