Classify by change risk
Platform fees, ad interfaces, regulations and API steps can change frequently. Evergreen principles and dated variable facts need different review schedules. Keep the source and last verification time for important claims in an internal record.
Set review triggers
An official platform change, new support question, broken link or traffic decline can trigger review. Changing only the date does not help readers. Revise the affected paragraph, example or workflow step.

Manage both languages together
